So over my 5 years of playing minecraft I have bought 4 different Minecraft accounts. 3 were for me (at different times) 1 for a ex girlfriend The first account I bought was Mikest914 Second Man_is_1 Current Tree_Killer_ At the time of me buying the Tree_Killer_ account I had both of the other accounts for me personally but when i purchased the third account I sold the Man_is_1 account to my mate Harry and I kept the Mikest914 account for myself. To clear it all up Man_is_1 is Harry Tree_Killer_ & Mikest914 is Mitch Recently my friend Sam has started playing Minecraft and he has used the account Mikest914 rather than buying his own account. Tonight Sam was staying at Harrys (we are all friends in real life) ( Sam with Cuthy69) Mikest914 (Sam) comes onto AEM factions to say hey to me and play round. Cuthy sees this account and assumes its Harry (Man_is_1) so he reports this to a staff member... * Not trying to take a dig here but this is awfully true* Being a AEM staff member she bans Mikest914 without any questions asked.(THIS IS THE FIRST PROBLEM) She then goes back to survival without saying a thing. I then get a message from my friend (Sam) saying I was banned from AEM for some reason... We then click that zRinne must of assumed that they were the same person because of them sharing the IP since they are at the same house. I tell zrinne to come onto factions so I can explain this to her. She doesn't believe me at all... So then comes all the other staff members. ( HERE COMES PROBLEM 2!) Being it AEM staff we are dealing with more staff have to jump in and have their say... Which I find to be a little weird by how often they gang up on their players. Can one staff member not have a conversation on their own? One of the other staff members is saying that im staff disrespecting amongst other things? Now I hear this far too often too.. You can not argue/have a conversation with a staff member without someone or the staff member themselves saying "STAFF DISRESPECT" ( Another problem) You can't talk to a staff member these days with disrespecting them unless you're saying "Oh my gawd you r my fav staff member <3<3" I then go on to explain to zrinne that they are at the same house... She doesn't believe me (WHICH IS FAIR I MAY ADD) But then we have the other staff member jump in "Tree Killer you dont own mikest914" and telling me all this stuff without having a damn clue. But because she is a staff member she is right...? Now my whole point here is that the staff here ban and do such things far too easy... They new staff members are killing this server.. All of the old players are gone.. all banned! All of the really committed players of this server have gone.. all you have left is a few part time players which brings down the fun of the server. I don't mind too much if mikest doesnt get unbanned but im trying to make a point here. Sort out your staff Alex and other high ranking staff. Because on behalf of a player on this server. we are getting over this shit..
Is Man_Is_1 Mikest914, If he isn't, how can we be sure? We don't have proof that he is someone else or not but all we have is that both their IP matches up and we can conclude that it is his ALT. You then gave me a screenshot of you logging in his (Doesn't prove anything sadly) but the IP on Mikest914 still remained the same as Man_Is_1. Click >HERE< for the picture of their IP before ban. So what proof do you have about Mikest914 not being Man_Is_1 so we can be sure? If you do we can discuss it from there on. Staff do not take sides, @pyrolily had said something about you telling her Mikest914 is not your alt, thus she stepped in since the topic is related. Just because we are staff doesn't make us right, we make mistakes we admit. If you want to correct us go ahead, it's the matter on how you do it, do not come out rude or seemingly disrespectful.
