I was apparently banned for cross server trading scam which I didn't scam anyone. She never asked what she how much of each item and money she was getting. There for it's not scam. Scam is when someone gives you something and they get nothing in return. So... I didn't do anything wrong, they didn't give me a chance to explain my self so I would greatly appreciate it if you talked to your staff members about this. This makes me furious. I didn't do anything against the rules to get ban. Esspecially global. Lately staff have been banning people for the stupidest reasons and that's why in my opinion the server is dying. It used to be so popular in 1.6 and 1.7 and once 1.8 came it plumited. So thank you for reading my appeal. Again I didn't cross server scam. I gave her what I said with no hesitation in exchange for what she gave me on factions. She never ask how much of each item she was gonna get therefore it is not scamming. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I think I deserve another chance because I've been on this server longer than almost anyone. Since like 1.5 or 1.6 factions. I am a donor therefore I care about the server progressing and that I didn't do anything against the rules.
Your being seriously disingenuous with your reasoning, i was watching @Tree_Killer_ and he did nothing wrong, accusing staff when you deliberately scam someone will get you nowhere at all, you know that you conned the other player, no matter how you try to dress it up. Tree will handle this appeal but i suggest you think hard about your replies before you post
Heya dude. First off you WERE banned there is no apparently about it. Im going to teach you what a scam is: A fraudulent scheme performed by a dishonest individual, group, or company in an attempt obtain money or something else of value. Scams traditionally resided in confidence tricks, where an individual would misrepresent themselves. So pretty much you've done exactly that, you have played your words in a way to make someone feel they will get an even/profitable deal and both parties will leave happily. You have done this to someone that obviously is new to such things as server trading as anyone with such experience would ask for specific details on the deal. THEREFORE you have taken advantage of someone equating to what we call here, a scam. With that the punishment is a global ban and NORMALLY its without an appeal. its pretty simple! Secooooooond. "I would appreciate if you would talk to your staff members about this" Who are you aiming that at because the people that are handling your appeal are the very people you are targeting with your statement and if you are trying to get unbanned targeting staff members isn't the best way to go about it in my opinion!? You didn't do anything wrong? refer to paragraph one for details on that... "Lately staff have been banning people for the stupidest reasons" Please elaborate on this as yet again you're attacking the very people that will let you back onto this server. PS. you combated your own argument with the whole staff killing the server by showing the real reason why which is 1.8. JS Lastly. the length of time spent on a server or money spent does not make you immune to the rules. in fact it makes you more punishable because you should know/understand that these things are not allowed...
