Hey there @PosionPlayzMc , Are you posting about your ban on the buycraft store and not on AEM? (You're not banned on AEM)
I do apologize for not responding earlier. @PosionPlayzMc , all I can say is that you should have confirmed with the player about information like these, I can't tell what happened with the original ForgottenStorm but there's no chance he will be unbanned from buycraft. Chargebacks aren't allowed here, doing so will result in a perm ban in game and on buycraft store. That is all the information I know, I do not have access to buycraft so any other uncertainty about that would have to go to @Hayden who is in charge of buycraft, but if it's just checking and clarification I'm sure @Sway could help out as well.
