I think this is ridiculous because the last time I was on this server was 1.7.2. I have not been on this server in a month and when I get back on it says I was banned by AlexM850. I was a legend, and now I realize that all you did was take my money, let me have a little bit of fun then kick me off for "hacks". I haven't played on it since 1.7.2, but somehow I was hacking on the server, while not on the server. I literally have done nothing. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I don't want another chance on this server, I'm done with it. I really want my money back, considering I was kind of scammed in IRL money. I will make sure that no one else is scammed like this. I know you couldn't care less about losing me. Again it's ridiculous that you have to go and scam a bunch of kids to make your money and then ban them. It's disgusting.
$150 and I wasn't even hacking. No proof. No evidence. Absurd and disgusting. Haven't been on in a month, last time I was on I was talking to staff and having fun.
I will remove the global ban and place a ban on factions until this appeal has been processed. Your attitude really doesn't show that you deserve another chance. We don't "scam a bunch of kids", they willingly donate to help the server, and if they break the rules they are no different than regular members.
I understand how you think that my attitude is out of line but honestly I did not donate $150 to get globally banned. I use my head. If I really did want to hack would I have spent $150 on it? I understand that I did donate to the server, but it promised perks and again, I understand what you are saying but you have to believe me I am not that guy that says you are scamming kids for no reason. I think you are good guys all around and I also understand that you do not want donors to be treated differently than regular people. I promise you, if I was hacking I wouldn't be as bad as I am now. Even before I was bad, and being that bad there is no way I could have hacked. I got beaten constantly.
The one time you banned me off kitpvp (no grudges or anything I actually think you're a pretty chill admin) I had just gotten beat by the same kid three times in a row without logging off. I mean I don't question that you don't know how to pick out hackers because you got charles4406 banned. He was pretty obvious. Anyway sorry for the trouble and have a good day.
We gotten a new ban system and when we used a system to transfer bans from one system to the new one the server sided bans became global. Sorry for the misunderstanding there
