For using an auto-fishing mod that apparently managed to bypass the auto AFK-kick. Yep, I did it, i'm guilty, and somewhat ashamed. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Oh I think I should just stay banned really. And i'll explain why. In the old days I could be myself. An adult. And nobody complained. Sure, the conversations got into "adult" territory every so often, but, well, gee, I *AM* an adult, and so are some of the other users here. Now I can't have a meaningful, logical conversation without users whining left and right. And apparently I was passed over for being a Mod again because i'm an adult and, well, sometimes talk about adult things. Oh my god, the horror. *shrug* (And really it does sting, because I was already a mod, and I served with distinction. But AEM has changed, I have not.) That's almost certainly why I stopped caring about the rules, because I was being held to "unwritten rules" now that never existed before. (I don't see anything in the rules here: https://aemservers.net/threads/skyblock-rules.3541/ That says my conversation has to be "grammar school appropriate", nor even implies it, do you? Hell the swearing rule has even been relaxed from "No swearing" to "keep swearing to a minimum".) So, I guess if I can't be myself here, I should be someplace else. Good luck Alex.
