When you donated you agreed to our terms of service which state that we reserve the right to ban you if we feel it's necessary to do so. If you attempt to charge back you will be globally banned from all AEM servers and Buycraft as well. That means you will never be able to donate to any server who uses them for donations ever again. Are you sure you want to go that route? Please be patient until someone from Factions reviews your appeal. @nick_godoy

Kialno, the reason you were banned is for logging out when called by staff to check the screenshots. I even gave a verbal warning that if you log out it will result in a ban. As I was waiting for the screenshot you logged out without any warning which makes staff think you logged out to go delete whatever you could have possibly have. I need you to tell me how we can trust you to give what staff is asking for if called by any of us.
I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding and I can understand your explanation of why I'm banned. But you need to understand I didn't even realise I was actually under suspicion of using a Hacked client. If you allow me access to the Factions Aem Server again I will never ever use anything but the minecraft client. Also I will understand if you ask for screenshots everyday because I'm willing to put up with that to get my ranked account back which I've spent a lot of money on. I've also finally saved up enough for the overlord rank upgrade but now I don't have an account to buy it on. So please @nick_godoy could you unbann me from the Factions server I'm willing to do anything to prove that I'm a legit player. I understand you're just doing your job properly and I'm sorry for wasting your time. Please unban me on faction Thank you Kialno
After reading/thinking about it... You have been a good player on AEM, and I have not had any problem with you only this small mistake that you made. I am going to give you a warning, and let you back on AEM with a warning that if anything happens again it will be a lot harder to be unbanned. Please don't let me down, and welcome back to AEM.
