Why were you banned from this server? I was banned for lying about my age. I will go more in depth below.

Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server?
For many mods, this is about the third time you will hear this story and I’m sure you’re tired of it. The only reason I am posting yet another ban appeal is because aCookieGod suggested I should. So here goes... Around the day of May 28th, I was banned for talking back to Alex, spamming chat, as well as being irrational. For anyone who knows about this already, scroll past it until I get to the part about lying about my age, for new mods/staff/under-informed players, read on. So basically what happened was my friend Robbie was killed for attacking a moderator (Alex) while he was trying to catch a hacker. It wasn’t a normal kill though, he was killed with the /kill (player name) command. At the time neither of us knew whether he was in fact /killed or if he had just experienced extreme lag and died. As it turns out he was, but for good reason. He was interfering with an admins job. Understandable. However when I asked Alex about the situation in a private message he didn’t respond. I also know that admins can read everyone’s messages, so maybe other messages had flooded over mine. Possibly more important messages. Or maybe he was just busy. However me being ignorant, I sent him the message twice more. I was then kicked with a kick message saying "don’t fucking spam me" by Alex. At this time I also didn’t know that Alex was the owner of AEM, so I logged back on and yelled at him for kicking me with a message saying the "f" word. He said it wasn’t against the rules to curse, and that made me mad. Now before this next part, I shouldn’t have talked back to any mod. Or admin. Let alone the owner. But I did. And the worst part was I lied. I asked Alex how he could curse out a ten year old in his kick message. In truth I am 15, but I wanted to make him feel bad because I was angry, which was not right of me. So he asked me if I wanted to be banned, and I said to him "sure, but that would be an abuse of power" because in my eyes we were having a civilized conversation and I didn’t think that that was bannable. I think someone pointed out that Alex was the owner, and I at that point I realized that I was going to be banned. Because it’s his server, his rules, and I had broken them. My ban message was for spamming/being irrational/arguing with the owner. So I filed my ban appeal, Alex apologized for cursing me out because I lied and said I was 10, and he unbanned me because we could both agree it was a silly thing to be perm banned for. Or maybe he was just doing it to be nice to a "ten year old." He's a good person. Now three or four days later, on April first I was banned for bow hacks. I tried to prove my innocence with a video I had recorded less than an hour before the ban, but I knew they would be able to tell I wasn’t 10 years old from my voice, so I told the truth in my second ban appeal that I was 15. I don’t know if they know whether or not I hacked to this day, so I will post the video in this ban appeal and you can see that it was uploaded and filmed on April first because in the video, the April fools event was taking place. You can also see I wasn’t hacking. If further evidence is needed, I will gladly screen share with any admin or mod, all my profiles and alternate accounts. My Skype is Alpharelly94. Now I went back into my ban appeal a little bit later, and Alex was furious with me. He said something like "you lied to me in your first ban appeal and that was the whole reason you were unbanned. I should deny this appeal just for that" something along those lines, I put it in quotes but that wasn’t his exact words. So here I am banned, two months and seven days later because I stupidly lied about my age. I have apologized many times now. And I'll do it again. I’m sorry. So I made up a plan to give Alex about a month to cool off, and then I proposed an idea to aCookieGod that he could then relay to Alex. I asked if I could be unbanned for the summer time, just so I could record and have fun with some old friends. I was unbanned a few days later, and I THOUGHT it was because aCookie had relayed my message. I was wrong. In fact the server had updated to 1.7.9, and all bans had been cleared. I found that out the next day when netsofdeath was banned. So I came on an alt account and tried speaking directly to Alex. When I let him know I was an alternate of netsofdeath, I was banned before I could say another word. My ban message said not to file a ban appeal. Please continue reading. After that I tried one last attempt to be unbanned. I wanted to build a map for AEM because I realized that they were adding new mini-games and needed builders. I was going to assemble my own build team, and Alex told me to file a ban appeal and maybe he would let me back on to build. I was overjoyed, until I realized that I wasn’t supposed to file another ban appeal. I asked Alex if this situation would override that fact that I wasn’t supposed to appeal, and he never answered. So here I am, filing one last appeal. If it takes me building a map, I’ll do it. I will build anything and everything within my power to get myself back onto this server. I haven’t found any other server as good as this one two months later. I’m not sure what else to say, but if anything still needs to be built, I’ll do it. It might take a bit but i will. Summer starts this Thursday for me, and i would love to be able to record some summer content on KitPVP, so if i get unbanned to build, could i take some breaks in building to record some content over the summer? That’s all I have to say on the matter. Hopefully I’m unbanned, and to aCookieGod thanks for suggesting one last ban appeal. Love you all, Alex I’m sorry.

Thank you for your opinion. And i wouldnt even have thought about filing another appeal had aCookie not suggested it and had i not seen that the server was looking for builders. Ill check in to see if alex gets to take a look at this
