Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I have screenshotted evidence that i was harassed and banned for no reason. I went onto the factions server and asked if i could join a fac and told one person 2002Mikey (or something) that i had a good reputation on the omega network. Then another player butted in and said I'm reporting you ! you advertised! Then I said hold on a minute. I have just mentioned that I have a good rep on the said server. Then he got the supposed server admin Trouble1122 to warn me and I explained to him that I had just mentioned the name and I gave him a link to the rules and spoke thusly, The rules clearly state that I can only get banned if I use a server ip not the name but he still told me I was in the wrong and then banned me… I hope you take this to review or i will take this further… A happy player may tell 4 or 5 people and unhappy player will tell everyone. I can tell you at the moment I am not happy… :/
Read rule 8 on the screenshot you posted. lol You're in the wrong, kiddo. No need to get all butthurt about it. It was a simple warning that YOU caused to escalate into a full global ban.
You got a warning for saying the name. The ban was for arguing and making a big scene about it. Also, the server name wasn't only said in private. It was said in general chat as well. The staff members did the right thing and they are just doing their job as per our protocol. Not every contingency is listed in our rules as that would make the rules superfluous. Now, I suggest you apologize to the two ladies that banned you for your excessive misbehavior and I will consider giving you another chance.
The rules were changed to fit in with server names per the owner, @AlexM850. We can't change the rules via command prompt ourselves and when he's too busy with school so we have to enfoce them in other ways; but we do get informed of new rules via private staff chat we discuss server rules and goings on. As Jerekul said, you were arguing with her on the matter at hand and it escalated to the point of you needing a ban. What we say goes as it did say in rule 8 as Jerekul pointed as well. If it was an issue with anything else, we'd take a look into the matter but @Trouble1122 was in the right on this ban.
Pip, i apologise I notice now I was enraged by the warning and being myself, decided to take it further. I'm sorry to you and the staff but not to Jerekul. The way he spoke to me calling me 'kiddo' I find it annoying but as I said, iI apologise to Trouble1122 and you Pip. I don't know why but I become very melodramatic when something happens and fell the need to escalate it. This time I totally regret it...
Will you let your frustrations get the best of you again? We don't particularly care for drama blasted all over the network. I am proud of you though for doing as I asked and apologizing to one of the two staff members who confronted you about your infraction. shadowpyrolily is staff also, though you probably didn't realize that. I apologize for my condescending tone and calling you "kiddo." It just kinda irked me as well with you adamantly arguing with our staff, so it was part of my way of putting things into perspective. That being said, I just want to know two things: Will you talk back to staff members again? Will you try to keep your frustrations in check from now on and try to remember that staff are just doing their jobs?
I will do both in different situations if the odds are clearly in my favour and I am not in the wrong I will proceed with the first answer but in any other cases the second one...
I also apologize to shadowpyrolily and thank you for withdrawing the kiddo statement. I know you don't care for drama I have dealt with drama on the AEM creative (which I love). I have been banned once before on creative, but that was for sticking up for one player about 4 of us got banned because of something to do with him saying something that he obviously hadn't. But anyway thats the past we must focus on the future and thats what I intend to do carry on and take advice along the way...
