Are you kidding me i did nothing wrong.When someone talks mean to you you will talk mean to him too.That cant change you would do the same.If the whole server was messed up it's not my problem.I know that i may passed the line but you know something?I love the server and i wont stop posting ban appeals till you accept one.I understand my mistakes and i promise not to make any again even if you are not going to unban me ill ask for a refund partial/full whatever i played on the server day and night and you banned me for no reason.Judging from the previous bans you were SOO wrong about me saying i hack.Anyway you guys if you wanna ban someone for something explain him what he did wrong and let him have a third or second chance.Even in the worse i will BUY an unban promising to be better.
Yikes there are a lot of problems with this. Firstly, I'll say I was not there for your situation but I want to point out the issues I see just in this post. 1. Posting multiple ban appeals is against our rules and threatening to do so is not going to get you anywhere 2. You're arguing that you didn't make a mistake then stating you accept your mistake 3. If you charge back you will be globally banned permanently and will likely not get your money back. It's in our terms of service I suggest you read it (this is also taken very seriously) 4. Second & third chance? Where does it stop? How many chances do you need to understand our very clear rules? 5. We don't "sell" unbanning. When you're banned it's for a good reason and we don't do it to try to make a profit. Given all of these issues just in your post I'd like you to answer the following questions. Why should we believe you will not be disrespectful in the future? Why do you deserve to come back on the server?
Thank you very much for replying to my ban so fast.So i would gladly answer your questions and claim my third and last chance.So why you should believe me i wont be disrespectful?Common sense 200$ in game i love the server today i tryed to find an other one either its too fancy or too bad.I spent money you know why?I found the server good i wouldnt spent that much money to a game.Why?I love the server i love it so much that i spent my 4 weeks moneyWhy? i love the community i understand my mistakes and i prommise not to make any others?Why? you wont lose anything if i give reasons for an other ban you can immideately ban me i will accept it and never post a ban appeal again.Why? because i have given so many votes to a server i believe is good.Why? i dont even know what i said and got banned really please explain me that/Why?Lets sum up i understnad my mistakes i promise not to make any more give me that last chance i spent money i have given votes i have invited a friend of mine on the server.So why i deserve to be back?First of all i am an online member.Second i vote so much and i love the community.Third i have done 1 or 2 mistakes so that is what i want to correct my attitude to other players.You know something?I argued with Volkrot because of a friend i met who was commander and was accused to have hacks.He have never used them but he did have hacks.Now i dont talk 2 him i hate hacks.Second i understand how this goes you have one of the best and most rapedately upgrading and updating sites.Your shops are awesome and i love all the mods.All i ask is for a chance to correct my mistakes i swear ill be better and positive to everyone i am planning on spending more money and i love you all. frostnthunder, i'm sorry, but as we said in the past, your first appeal was denied, and this is the decision of the server owners, so it is meant to be final. You aren't supposed to submit multiple appeals or they will be denied as well.
Let them be i want to return to the server and this will happen maybe not now but in a month or two one a year or in 4 but it will happen.If not ill just refund my 200 dolars.
Upon filing for a refund, it'll result in a global ban on AEM as well as a ban on Buycraft, meaning you'll won't be able to donate to any server that uses buycraft. Just gonna let ya know on that
I'm declining this appeal. I don't appreciate your threats to charge back and for the other 4 reasons I listed.
