    Which server were you banned on? Minigames

    Why were you banned from this server? I jokingly said to Louis2375 that I am gonna ddos him.

    Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I shouldn't have been banned. There is no proof that I have threatened to ddos. Louis Kenta0 and I were messing around in SkyWars when I jokingly said "I 'm gonna ddos you guys". I never said anything over the server and he doesn't have proof. It's like someone getting killed and blaming it on the guy down the street saying that there is no proof. You can't ban someone for not having a valid reason. Also Nick_Godoy has never warned me about anything and I don't even know how to ddos. I personally think that you guys take matters way too seriously and because of that I got banned for no VALID reason. Louis only posted this because he got mad at me for ending a skype call. I hope that I can be unbanned because this is really stupid.

    I don't think you understand the severity of your actions. DDoSing is a federal crime which can easily land someone in jail, and even joking about it is taken seriously. If you think you should be unbanned because this was a "joke" you're wrong. We don't need proof of you being able to DDoS or not, saying you will on AEM will instantly result in a global ban. If you want to come back to our server you're going to need to respond to me within the next 24 hours explaining and persuading us that you truthfully deserver another chance. This isn't taking this too seriously, nick was doing his job, and this IS a serious matter.

    Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I am sorry for what I did, I think i deserve another chance because I donated 75$ of my money to this server and want to play with what I get. May I please be unbanned?

    I was on SkyWars with Louis2375 and Kenta0 and I got killed by Louis, I was messing with him and kenta and said that if they killed me again, I was gonna DDOS. It's like saying you are gonna kill someone, killing someone is a federal crime and can land you in jail. It is the same thing, but murder is worse. So if you don't want me joking about ddos, then don't joke about killing someone. I feel like I should be unbanned and my other 2 alts because I donated 75$ and I would like to use that. I am sorry for posting more appeals, I didn't see this reply to my appeal. I ended Louis' call as a joke and I kept ending it, he then called me mad and got into a huge argument. He was mad so he tryed to ban me by giving NO PROOF of me ddosing or threatening to ddos. I want to have an experience with my 75$ that I spent. Please consider of unbanning me. Sorry for your troubles.

    You used your alternative account to get back onto AEM while your main account has an active ban. This is another highly frowned upon thing on AEM.

    We don't take ANY kind of threat, be it killing someone, or DDOSing.

    You as well contradicted yourself by saying we have no proof:
    But at first you said you were messing with them by saying it:
    So even if we haven't had any evidence, but you have seen the evidence we have seen, you practically told us you did say you would DDOS him as a "joke"

    I admit now that I have said it, but There was no meaning to it at all, therefore it shouldn't matter. I bet you have probably said you were going to kill someone as a joke. get what you are saying and I just really want my account back and that alt, I love that alt because of it's name xD.     Since you have most likely said you were going to kill someone, you should be global banned also. Even if I have no proof which is what Louis did. You staff make no sense sometimes. You have probably said you would kill someone ingame. You should be banned along with many others. Doesn't seem fair because blueblade ddosed many times and scammed ranks then got unbanned. i am asking nicely for an unban.

    Look, I have a lot of reasoning in this appeal, blueblade got banned for mor ethan one ddos then got unbanned i don't understand. I never ddosed anyone in my life so I have not committed a federal crime. The reason louis posted is because he was mad at me not becuase he wanted me to get banned. Ask louis. I should not be banned.

    I actually have never said it to anyone online or in a public place, where people do not know me or my intentions, so please don't assume things. We, as staff, have to access the situation and do what is needed to protect player and server alike.

    As for blueblade, he's a different matter and has nothing to do with your appeal. He's come and gone with his appeal.

    Imagine this being the court and the staff as a whole is your judge/jury where we all take in what you tell us, what the other player has told us, and your attitude on the matter at hand. As for the federal crime bit, we were letting you know it was a federal crime; we never said you did DDOS him.

    But we'll let @StraightUpThug along with @nick_godoy decide on this one.
