You were previously banned for using an illegal client, this makes it twice that you were banned for hacking. "I didn't know it was bannable" as you have been a long term player, you should know that anything that gives you an unfair advantage is not allowed. If caught using another illegal client, are you going to say the same thing and hope to get away with it? It doesn't work that way. It's minecraft logic that spawners will have a few chest around them, if it highlights a chest underground, the chances of finding spawners are high, be it on factions or survival. Why would I download a hacked client if I KNOW that is HIGHLY bannable and also why would I get a $200 rank just to use a hacked client and be banned." 1 )We won't know for sure, you were online the other day but that doesn't matter as it applies on other servers not just factions. 2) The link you sent, parts of the descriptions were "It basically allows a very limited sort of x-ray vision" and also pay attention to this part: So you didn't read through the descriptions and just downloaded it? I find that a little hard to believe. 3) Your donation to the server will not give you an advantage in the appeals. Some players donate and still decide to use illegal clients. We may give players who have hacked another chance but if they got caught again, we're not that kind to give them a second chance. There's a saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." If you really want to come back on, you can do so by purchasing an "unban pass" in the store. Other than that, I'm sorry to say your appeal will not be accepted.
Look I totally respect your side on this and I know why I was banned but honestly when I download things I really dont read descriptions as I think its a waste of time and that the title says all I need to know. However I really do need to start reading descriptions or comments on what I download in the future as this has gotten me in to a LOT of mess lately. I guess now there is no way out of this mess no matter how hard I try apart from to buy an unban pass (Already started to save up for one + have already removed the mod and forge mod installer.) I apologise to all of AEM for using this mod as it has caused havoc to the server. Thanks to the people who took part as well. But 2 things I want to know: When have I ever used an X-Ray mod/hack before. Why was it a straight up ban and not a Remove the Chest ESP or there will be consequences. (I got a message telling me to remove it on the report I made but then straight after a message saying your banned.) However I do know why I got banned and maybe a temp ban for however long staff thought was necessary would have been better but who am I telling you what to do when it was me who was in the wrong. Hi @CamoElite19 We have rules and other guidelines set on the servers that state you are not allowed to use things like this and it's also common sense to abide by these especially when it comes to mods, hacked clients, etc.. You should know very well what you were doing wrong and "I don't read descriptions of mods i download" is a very poor excuse, doesn't really work in appeals either. That's how we handle people who use modded/hacked clients with X-Ray/ChestESP - Just about every server handles it the same way. I'm going to go ahead and mark your appeal as rejected, you can go purchase an unban pass on the server store at any time. I highly suggest avoiding use of mods that are clearly illegal on servers again and if you feel iffy about a mod i suggest asking a staff member.
