Ban Appeal from Ashley

You have been asking me about why your friend was banned, I already told you a staff saw him hacking as anti-kb is an obvious hack, i was present and I witnessed it too, you then said I had no proof and i should unban, asked to drop the topic but it still went on, placed a warning on that.

Afterwards you then brought it up again and along the way, you asked why you were banned from survival, accusing that i false banned you.
So I decided to search up my logs, I took a video recording of my searching the logs because after the previous conversation of me having "No Proof", i knew you would bring it up again. This is me searching for the logs of you having broke blocks in survival (grief) which you kept denying and insist I should get banned.

I just did a nearly 10min video explaining you and my conversation for other staff to see, you insist in calling me a liar so it wouldn't be a problem if another staff tells you otherwise. (Staff is free to remove video if needed)

Please elaborate on why you deserve another chance, why is disrespecting players/staff not allowed.
Explain your action as well. Are you sorry? Will you do it again?

Please respond within 24 hours.

 

If any staff has to go though this ENTIRE process to prove a point to any player then this is ridiculous.

As @zRinne stated, we do NOT ban with out any proof ourselves, it may not have to be video evidence all the time but when it's something clear to notice we are given free range of that. We have to be able to make sure it was the case and point as well. She as well told you multiple times to drop the subject, why the other player was banned, which by the way we do NOT have to discuss any information of other payer's bans or appeals to another player, why you were banned for grief, log block is a wonderful thing and as shown in this video she keeps all her logs for stuff like this. The ban on Survival will stay in place for that reason, the lack of respect you shown to her will NOT go unnoticed. She was very patient with you though this whole ordeal that you were causing for her. Mind you a LOT longer than I would of have been. The ban on Skywars will as well stay in place as the warning ban.

The behavior you've shown to her is down right disrespectful. Treat those how you wish to be treated.

Wilkey2012's ban will be his own problem, you're not involved with it so you don't need to worry about it so I would like you to stop asking me questions if he's getting unbanned and such over here and in game as well.

Even with that said, you have disrespected me, saying I should get banned and such, accused me of giving false evidence, insist I was a liar and I still put up with it and it all started because I wouldn't unban your friend. Like Pip said, I didn't have to tell you about why he was banned and any information regarding it but seeing how much he meant to you, I told you his ban reasons and you just kept on going with it despite me telling you to stop. I get that he is important to you but you have to understand from our view as well.
"This server needs to get better staff, people who are caring and respectful" that's a little insulting don't you think? Do you know how much work each staff has to do everyday? You're not the only person we have to handle.

Please elaborate again on why you deserve another chance. Being friendly with others doesn't show why you should be unbanned. The way you've been saying it seems as though you only want to be unbanned for the sake of it, not because you learnt your mistake. Will you break the rules again?

If you're going to keep asking me when you'll be unbanned on minecraft then it gives me more reason not to accept this, please be patient as we settle this.

You also have to think, we are here VOLUNTARILY, we get NO monetary gain from being staff on AEM. We have to enforce many rules, help many players, and deal with many different scenarios that we will never know when will arise, be it from a simple argument, or to something very scandalous. I know for a fact I will not stand for any insults towards me or my fellow staff, we are not PAID to be insulted/abused/yelled at. zRinne did what her job is to do. She has nothing to be sorry for. If it comes back and wilkey was in fact NOT hacking she'll apologize to wilkey then. As for now

We have no evidence from you nor him at the current moment to show that he wasn't hacking. You may say you know someone but it does NOT mean that you truely know him. We THOUGHT we knew a few ex-staff but they back-stabbed us in the end. So forgive us for not being able to take player's words on the matter. Only proof we have of him hacking was her watching wilkey not take any knockback which is a VERY obvious sign to anti-kb hacks.

As for his ban appeal and his appeal process we will not be discussing it any further with you on here or in game. His ban will stay in place until he responds to us on his appeal, and gives us the screenshots we need from him to show that he was not hacking. This is final.

 

You don't seem too interested in getting yourself unbanned, your attitude has been bad the entire time as well, I am going to reject this appeal.
