Ban Appeal from arnomion

    Which server were you banned on? Survival

    Why were you banned from this server? When i newly joined AEM i immediately joined survival without being aware of all the server mechanics. I understood griefing = ban, but this was not my intention. I noticed several blocks/items could not be used with special permissions, so I went (what I thought was) far out and found a rather deserted area and was messing with some of the blocks in front of the building. Soon enough other players showed up, assumed I was griefing and was swiftly banished.

    Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I now further recognize and under the rules as well as the 0 tolerance to tinkering with other players stuff. I did not mean any harm and just wish to play survival on this fantastic server without diminishing other player's experiences. Thank you!

    Firstly, I'd like to point out that you were not "tinkering" with "stone" in front of someone's build. Why do I know? Because it was MY build and we have a system that logs everything you touch on the server. You broke glass, wool, etc. in multiple places and were clearly griefing. However, I am willing to accept your appeal if you answer the following questions within the next 24 hours:

    1) Why did you lie in your appeal?
    2) Why should we trust that you will not grief again?
    3) Explain in your own words why griefing is bad.

    1.) I wouldn't entirely call it lying...it was some time ago on a server I was new to. It was my furthest recollection of the events that occurred as I am not a griefer or troll. If that is the actuality of the events I apologize.

    2.) I have spent more time with AEM and regret my actions and recognize why I was banned. I haven't caused problems elsewhere and I simply wish to enjoy everything AEM has to offer.

    3.) AEM is a huge server aimed at making a great experience for all players old and new. The amount of time put into a survival build disrespected puts players off from continuing to join this server for survival play. Everyone should be able to enjoy their time at AEM.
