Hello there @2002mikey , I would like to hear your reason on why you restarted your island with players on it, did you forget? Please do explain yourself. Also add in an explanation to why killing players in non-pvp zones isn't allowed, and how you can make sure this doesn't happen again. Seeing that you have 2 inactive bans + 1 active ban (this), I would like you to be more careful of your actions as you may not get another chance. Please respond within 24 hours, thank you.
Sorry Rinnn only just found out that it was temp. And zRinne I killed these people not because I wanted to, but because they simply lied, one of them (Who is only a VIP) said he had full skylegend and 30 stacks of dirt. And also when I admitted it to bomber it sounded like I meant it. I didn't but I said I killed them on purpose to him because I couldn't be sure if that guy did have 30 stacks of dirt and even if I could prove it, I cant refund. It was they're fault for being on my island when I clearly said "Nvm im joining heydm's island leave now" and also because I told them the island wasn't for sale anymore... So if I get banned for killing 4 "Inoccent people" then why am I the one getting banned, I said to get off, they should of listened. As for being careful, do you think I get banned on purpose? the spaceblock one I deserved, the survival was an accident but this was just BullShit.
It's rejected because you're not supposed to do a ban appeal for tempbans, don't worry it won't affect your tempban You'll still be unbanned at the set date.
I moved your ban to a permanent ban because of these quotes. I want you to make a seperate ban appeal with a real apology on why killing players in a PvE area is a VERY big offence. You kept saying in chat, "ban me" "I know what I did was wrong, ban me".. Of course i'm going to take this like you do mean it. We're you trying to be sarcastic? With this.. You could've easily waited a little bit longer for them to leave your island. I DONT EVER remember you saying "get off my island, i'm joining heydm's." Ever.. and if you actually even did, you warn them again. You don't let them just die. It was Bullshit? Really..? This is what really made my move it to perm. You told me to ban you, you knew it was the wrong thing to do, after all this while I was talking to other staff to make a decision, you were in chat saying "goodbye" "bombers going to ban me soon, i'll miss you all", there is no need for that, there really isn't. I said 'ban me' because I had killed them players, since I couldn't refund their stuff, I agreed and said "ban me"

You lied and changed the story in your ban appeal then to what actually happened in the game. And again i'll bring this up: Its Bullshit that you got banned? Why? Please answer that.
