    I know swearing is allowed but this guy was swearing in almost everthing he said

    From that screenshot we don't have definite proof of him swearing. Nor excessively. If we took people's word on every report then about have the server would be banned because someone said someone was hacking, but in turn didn't like the guy, and had friends backing him up. We need solid evidence just like a court room. Sorry. Locking thread.
