I'm genuinely curious. I've been on two islands today where people have had more than 40 passive mobs in a chunk. I've told them about /rules and asked them politely to fix their mob count, but there's a sense of entitlement and "the rules don't apply to me" attitude going around, and I don't like that.
Rules are in fact enforced. If you could forward the names of those players to either myself or another skyblock staff member we will be sure to address the situation accordingly. Thank you for your help.
We try to check daily that players follow the rules, but staff do have lives outside of minecraft. If you see someone breaking the rules, feel free to use /helpop or report in our player reports section.
I do think some of the rules need to be updated tho, I don't know if they have been recently but I have heard that some are outdated rules
