Hey guys. I wanted to say something publicly about the PLAYERS (no problems with staff) on the AEM servers. Obviously this does not pertain to every player on the server, but it does/could involve most. On mainly the Kit PvP and Factions server, I have seen an excessive amount of overall hatred. This server was created for players to come on and have a fun time! But, players are driven away when they can not have fun. What is the cause of this? Other players just being overall mean. I am not just pertaining this topic to myself... just making a connection. If you are a player who always comments on my thread posts, saying things like "You are fat" or "Lets have a fatty competition" (You know who you are), you are doing noting but driving a player away. Also, I hope that others can go back and look at some of my other posts and see these things and realize that nothing is happening except for a couple of kids trying to act cool by bringing someone down... Which is not working. If you are one of these people who generally do this on forum pages, I really hope that you are going to change and that you realize how embarrassing it is to be the bad person who always comments mean things on pages. Back to the main topic, I think players should really just stop and think about what they are saying before they say it. Of course on servers such as Kit PvP and Factions, there is going to be an increase of those kinds of things, but there doesn't have to. I do not understand why some players have to be so mean! Once again, the point of this server is to have players come on and start a new journey! I know that the staff and I always want the players to be happy, which of course is impossible, but it could be reduced with the common courtesy of players. What I want to know from you guys is what you think about this? Do you think that players should just start being nice to others, more than they should be, or should this topic just be thrown out the window? Once again, if you are one of the kids who just constantly come on these types of forum pages just to say "HAHHA this sucks you suck ect...", just stop doing that and realize that these posts are made to influence players on the server to not only help themselves from possible trouble for disrespect, but also help the server by allowing the staff to take a break from the hundreds of people always needing help. I completely agree with this. I wish that players would be more respectful, more aware of how their words and actions can effect other players. I know everyone likes to joke around, I sure as heck do, but sometimes it is taken too far. As far as staff, I wish more players would realize that we are here to help. And that we do not get paid to do this, we volunteer to help the server, giving countless hours of our time towards our gamemodes and the players on them. I definitely think if everyone tried we could make AEM a more friendly and welcoming place for all. Thanks Evan.
