Hi, I'm Wondering If I Am Able To Transfer My Skyblock Rank From My Main Account (Snowzh) To My Current Alt Account (Snoweh_) As I Am Unable To Change Snowzh's Skin Or Name As I Have Forgot The Security Questions For Mojang And Have Tried To Get The Email But It Never Comes....so Instead Of Changing The Skin And Name On My Normal Account, Would You Be Able To Switch My Rank To The Account That I Can Change The Name And Skin On... We usually don't do things like this, but i suggest contacting mojang support and attempt to recover the account and sort everything out, otherwise we can see about doing this for you after that.
I have already stated that the email from mojang hasn't come through to my inbox and I have tried for months to do it and have had no luck, i bought the account in 2008 so theres no way i can provide them with any sort of proof that i bought the account
The Snxws account has vip on it so would that go to the Snowzh account, thats if you are willing to do so.
Have you tried looking into any other emails you may have? You should also have the transaction ID somewhere, that's enough for mojang iirc.
when I made the account the email I used didn't actually exist....so I made the email account to get the email from mojang to change the security questions but I never received the emails so theres no way of me getting the transaction id because i never got one. so im screwed in that department.
