Hey! Well.. since I am no longer staff, I don't know if anything has changed but I wouldn't go to Donation Support as it states that you should only make a thread there only if you haven't gotten your rank during the reset or the last 24 hours of donating.
You could, however, try starting a conversation with the owner or the staff member(s) so that they can relay the information to the owner.
Do provide your transition ID, email of purchase, IGN (both account) and yeah, I think that should be it.
