I personally have just come back to aem towny around idk a month ago... if that. But I totally get what you mean. First of all crongrats to polo for becoming moderator (that was new since last time). Unfortunately it looks like polo is under a lot of pressure as he is usually the only staff I see on (and the occasional ZhiRongPro) and survival's problems can't be just maintained by just two staff. But despite all this these two are great staff but I feel like they are being given a task that can't quite by accomplished by just two. Also where is bird now a days? (OMG while I was writing the previous above Dunedin (where I live) Just had an Earthquake !!!) My whole room shock in fact the in tire boarding house was moving and when ended (30secs) everyone like raced out of there rooms to see if everyone was ok... It was really big but not long.. I don't see any damage to the boarding house hopefully the rest of town is ok.!
My times on are usually going to be after work till late evening. Which is when Polo is on as well. I though Zhirong was usually on after that but guess I was wrong. We do need a morning staff cst or even someone that plays minecraft ALL DAY and knows plugins lol.

Personally, I also think that Survival needs more staff but it takes time and effort to train them up for the job, so the sooner they choose staff the better the server will be and the more stable it'll be. In addition, I live in the UK so I have a different times zone to most people, I think we need more British/European staff because the time zones will work out and American staff won't have to worry about going online instead of sleeping which they need for their jobs or schools. Please don't judge my opinion negatively.
Since Gluupor and Schelmixi are not on the server anymore, we miss active staff from Europe. Most of the time there is no staff online for players from Europe till somewhere in the afternoon. I would suggest looking to timezones as well before picking someone. I understand that those people also need to have the skills and patient for it but I really think it's possible. And it would help the server a lot since there will be more staff members online over the day.
If they r being rude and inappropriate they don't need staff as long as im there lelelelelelelelel (I make them leave without being forced)
I don't exactly know what happened. But they left survival when skyblock got reset and a few weeks after that I think they left
Yes, I agree with you @Kaykay0202 there is a need for some more staff members because usually when I'm on there is only one staff member or none. I do however understand that it is not so easy picking out members for the role of staff because some people are just straight up abuse of their powers.
If I get made mod that will change, so hopefully if the powers that be allow it, especially for those in Europe it will help you guys. And whilst my server is down for maintenance I have more time to get on, I return from the uk on the 20th of this month. Also, staff aren't the only ones who can help, just ask one of us ultimate ranks like bubbles or myself or one of the extreme ranks like twinkies, see if we can help
I agree . I'm EST and when I get on in the morning at 9 or 10 am, there is no mod for hours. At least for 3-4 hours I might wait before a staff member comes on to help me.
I'm applying cause I am old enough, I have the prism experience, and I am on when there are 3-4 hours before a staff member comes online.
