IGN: @MCHelix3000 Users Involved in this Contract: @Shotgunboy0130 General Purpose of Contract: Loan of 700,000 ECD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @MCHelix3000, will pay @Shotgunboy0130 700,000 ECD today, June 20th, 2014. @MCHelix3000 will receive an eff7 pickaxe as collateral on July 19th 2014 if the entire amount of 840k has not been paid by @Shotgunboy0130. @MCHelix3000 will have it for 4 weeks starting July 19th, 2014, at 3:00 PM EST. @MCHelix3000 will give @Shotgunboy0130 the eff7 back on August 14th 2014 8 PM EST. @Shotgunboy0130 will then have an additional 2 weeks to pay the remaining 840k if any is left. If @MCHelix3000 breaks the eff7 after he receives it, he will owe @Shotgunboy0130 700,000 ECD due in one month starting as soon as he has notified @Shotgunboy0130. If @Shotgunboy0130 has not repaid a remainder of the loan, he will owe x amount of money after deducting the debt amount from the 700,000 ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Shotgunboy0130 will have 4 weeks until (July 20th, 2014) to pay @MCHelix3000 840,000 ECD.@Shotgunboy0130 will give @MCHelix3000 the eff7 pickaxe on July 19th, 2014, at 3:00 PM EST, if the entire 840k has not been paid on the due date. @MCHelix3000 will be able to use the eff7 pickaxe for 4 weeks starting on that date until he has to return it to @Shotgunboy0130 on August 14, 2014 at 8 PM EST. Once @Shotgunboy0130 returns on August 14th, 2014, he will have an additional 2 weeks (until August 28th, 2014 if not paid) to pay @MCHelix3000 the remaining 840,000 ECD, and another 100,000 ECD as a late fee starting on August 14th, 2014 when he returns from his trip. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. For Example If Shotgunboy0130, does not pay the required amount of 840,000 to MCHelix3000 by July 20th, 2014, Shotgunboy0130 must give MCHelix3000 his eff7 pick axe for 4 weeks, until August 14th, 2014. Once Shotgunboy0130 returns from his trip, MCHelix3000 is required to give Shotgunboy0130 back his eff7, and Shotgunboy0130 is required to pay the remaining amount. Such as if Shotgunboy0130 pays 500,000 before July 20th, 2014. Shotgunboy0130 owes MCHelix3000 340k once returning, plus an additional 100k for a late fee. Once Shotgunboy0130 returns Shotgunboy0130 has 2 weeks to complete the payament.
