What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    All Main Servers
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Tier I,II,III Super Suit etc.
    What are you suggesting:
Just like how you can get a super suit piece from turning in 10 unique pieces of a Tier IV piece of armor, having the same for Tier I, II, and III (with each piece of a respective set just giving Tier I, II, or III for every job depending on what level you turn in). We can even call them something different like "Mega Suit" etc.

And, even though this is technically a second suggestion, have it where you can turn in two exact pieces of a "super suit" level for the next tier up (like two Tier I "Super Suit" pieces for a Tier II piece)
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
From what I am seeing with the meta, any piece under a Tier IV is not really sought after. A natural issue that I've seen in the past with other "Top Tier" tools is people will naturally save for the top option & not go for anything lower. This eventually causes people to treat these still relatively OP items as worthless to them, so they try to get something from them (and if they don't, sometimes just gives them away). I've seen this happen with Star/God tools, the old ECC tools, and even /magic.

By doing it this way, it doesn't directly make the lower tiered jobs apparel have a direct upgrade, but gives a chance for them to become that top-tier option; you cannot get separate Tier IV armor pieces with the lower ranked jobs apparel, but they can be part of a way to get the highest level.

In my opinion, having Tier I, II, and III "Super Suits" won't be that gamebreaking (if we already have a Tier IV) and can promote more people wanting to buy the lower tiered pieces to potentially get a piece of that.
