   On November 4, 2024, ChefCraft19 donated 2 Tropical Fish to Pixel75, a respected player and builder within the EcoCityCraft community. The donation was specifically made for use in the creation of a statue to be built in the Town of /warp statues. ChefCraft19’s intent was clear: the fish were given for this public and community-driven artistic purpose. Raccooy, a mutual friend and witness, was present when the donation was made and can verify that the donation was not intended for resale.
   
   
2. The Defendant’s Actions:
   That same day, November 4, 2024, Pixel75 listed the 2 Tropical Fish in an auction on the EcoCityCraft marketplace. The fish were sold to RB368 for 50,000 EcoDollars, a large sum of in-game currency, without ChefCraft19’s consent or prior knowledge. This sale occurred via the EcoCityCraft auction system, and it was processed without the necessary authorization from the original donor.
   
   
3. Discovery of the Misappropriation:
   On November 4, 2024, after visiting the /warp statues location to check on the progress of the build, ChefCraft19 noticed that the 2 Tropical Fish were missing. Upon reviewing the transaction logs and server activity, ChefCraft19 discovered that the fish had been sold to RB368 for 50,000 EcoDollars in an auction, with Pixel75 acting as the seller. ChefCraft19 immediately contacted the EcoCityCraft administration to report the unauthorized sale.
   
   
4. Defendant’s Defense:
   Pixel75 denied any wrongdoing, asserting that there were no formal written restrictions attached to the donation, and therefore, the fish could be treated as a tradeable commodity. Pixel75 argued that ChefCraft19 had not explicitly specified that the fish were not to be sold and that the donation was not bound by any conditions regarding resale. Furthermore, Pixel75 argued that the server's open-market system allowed for the reselling of items, even those donated for community purposes, unless expressly prohibited.

Witness Testimony (Raccooy)
Raccooy, a mutual friend of both ChefCraft19 and Pixel75, witnessed the donation of the 2 Tropical Fish. Raccooy can testify that ChefCraft19 made it clear that the fish were a donation specifically for the purpose of contributing to the statue at /warp statues, and that there was no mention or understanding that the fish could be resold. Raccooy's testimony supports ChefCraft19’s claim that the donation was made with the intent to be used for a public, community project, and not as an item for resale.

Court’s Analysis

• Implied Terms and Donor’s Intent: Although no formal written agreement was made, the Court finds that the intent behind the donation is clear. The donation of the 2 Tropical Fish was made specifically for the public purpose of contributing to the statue at /warp statues, and Pixel75’s sale of the fish violates the implied understanding that the items were non-transferable. During this suspension, Pixel75 is also required to issue a formal apology to ChefCraft19 and the EcoCityCraft Community for the breach of trust and violation of community policies.
3. Compensation for Emotional Distress: ChefCraft19 is awarded 5,000 EcoDollars as compensation for the emotional distress caused by the violation of their trust and the misuse of their donation.
4. Review of Donation Policies: The Court advises the EcoCityCraft Community to review and clarify its donation policies, ensuring there are more explicit guidelines around the treatment of donated items and their resale. The policies should be updated to prevent future misunderstandings and misappropriation.

Conclusion:
The Court finds that Pixel75’s sale of the 2 Tropical Fish for 50,000 EcoDollars was a clear violation of EcoCityCraft’s donation policies and a breach of trust.
