Terms of the contract:
- @Jdawger will pay @Chador33 $1,080,000 ECD within 24hrs after this contract is approved
- @Jdawger will send all info for the town over PMs, whether forums or discord

- @Chador33 will apply for President within 24hrs after receiving payment from @Jdawger
- @Chador33 ensures all info is correct on the app, and @Jdawger can request edits if need be
- @Chador33 will add @Jdawger as an owner of said town within 24hrs of the town being created
- @Chador33 agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding @Jdawger to the town/when the town transfer gets approved

- If the application gets denied for any reason, @Jdawger can request it be applied for again or requests money back. If a refund is requested in this case, @Chador33 has 24hrs to return the money. The contract will be voided in this case.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @Jdawger is applying for and will pay for.
