Insurance Feature ($40), tiered​

What are you suggesting:

X times per year users can make an insurance claim for a dropped item that has despawned to have one of the same item created and given to the owner. 1 claim for first tier, 2 claims for the second tier, etc.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It's another feature that provides the server with some extra cash flow while the clumsy user can have a little cushion in case they drop their precious items.​
