I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @CCCPofAmerica gets full and original ownership of the town, yetifarms 3 days after payment is given. In exchange I will pay @Winnazzz one whole dollar. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Winnazzz will receive one dollar in exchange for his President town, yetifarms. He will have 3 days to vacate town after payment is received. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @CCCPofAmerica , After discussing with other staff members, we've decided that the 24 hours eviction notice isn't, strictly speaking, legal. You will have to change that to the proper eviction notice (3 days). Also, please include when will you pay the $1 (24 hours upon approval, 48, etc) Once the edits have been made, @Winnazzz will have to re-sign this contract.
