Upon further discussion with staff, we would like to hear @xX3PICREBELXx 's side of this story. Along with this, @averagejoe2012, if you have any evidence of time-stamps or date that the loan was given, this will leave a great deal of input within this complaint.

I didn't take any screenshots of the transaction so I wouldn't know, sorry.

 

Based on the 5 screenshots currently given none of them show a timestamp of when the screenshot was taken (i.e you didn't double-tap F2, you just tapped it once and thus the date and time of the screenshot is not currently shown). If you have additional evidence of the timestamp of this agreement please feel free to post the screenshots.

 

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that those screenshots are newer, the loan was due yesterday and I have every right for this complaint to be filed against me.

Okay, I just want to firstly apologise to @averagejoe2012 for not paying him his money back on time. I've made many mistakes on ECC and this is one I'm definitely regretting. It was my intention to pay you back but because or irl issues I was not able to get enough of the money, the remaining money I threw in lotto in a desperate hope of being able to pay you on time. This is obviously my fault and nobody else is to blame, it was ME who took that loan and it was ME who bought lotto tickets and lost, I cannot pin that on anybody else, I completely and utterly apologise.

I know I'm not entitled to it in the slightest but I would like to request more time to pay it back, I still am fully committed to getting this sum of money to you. I understand that you may not want this and would rather just not see me on the server in the future, this is a conclusion which is perfectly reasonable and I take full responsibility.

I'm sorry @averagejoe2012 , I've never scammed anyone in my life and certainly didn't want that to change. I understand if the moderators want to lock my application for staff, this is also a punishment which is perfectly acceptable and the only person to blame is me.

 

@averagejoe2012 and @xX3PICREBELXx , can you both come to an agreement as to when and how much money should be paid back?

@averagejoe2012, there was no talk about late fees until this loan was actually late. you cannot just tack on late fees unless it was previously discussed and agreed upon by all parties involved. @xX3PICREBELXx has stated he's willing to pay back the $750k. Do you @averagejoe2012 agree to the $750k paid by 28th of January? If so, might be wise to file a contract on here, stating the terms discussed in here as the agreement has changed.

 

I believe that I will be able to get $750,000 to @averagejoe2012 by this date.

There's no way we can enforce late fees; it wasn't part of the original agreement. Therefore, a possible solution can be that @xX3PICREBELXx has until January 28th, of 2015, to pay back 750k. However, we may enforce late fees only if @xX3PICREBELXx agrees on that.

@averagejoe2012 and @xX3PICREBELXx , please try to settle and agreement.

 

I agree to those terms, I'll pay you $750,000 by the 29th of January or owe you $900,000 in total (Another $150,000)

 

Okay, I want to say thank you for deciding to work this out instead of just letting me be banned. I will follow the terms you have previously suggested.
