X-ray Ban Process

I am probably the first to ever post a topic about x-ray banning, but I am seriously worried now. I frequently read the forums and almost always see an x-ray ban appeal. I usually just dont worry about them, but then I saw redbulllover69's ban appeal. This scared me. Why would a person who donated so much money to the server all of the sudden x-ray? I just worry that I will go mining one day, and find 4 spawners or a diamond too many and get banned. I know that this thread is basically pointless, but it would help me out a little.

I do have an idea about this. Now I am not sure how the system for x-ra banning works, but this would give the falsely accused (if there are any, Im not sure) the chance to get proof that did not x-ray. First, all chat would be blocked, except for a reappearing message like. *TAKE A SCREENSHOT NOW. ACCUSED OF X-RAY "number or some kind of code here"* and they would use that in a ban appeal. Now I know your probably thinking, okay, well couldnt they leave to change textures? Well, if the player does not leave within a minute of the first message appearence, then they would automatically be banned screenshot or not. If they leave before the minute, they will be banned for the same reason: x-ray. Another thing, the player could just surround themself with wood or something. Well, you could also explain in a forum with this that a piece of stone and or dirt must be included in the picture. If not, then it would not be valid.

Again, I am not sure whether this is a good idea or not, I am just worried about getting banned. Please reply.

***Also, for those of you that may be wonering why I made this post! I dont use x-ray, I just see so many people that say they are inocently banned, and I also wooried about this kind of stuff a lot. I dont know why, I just get nervous sometimes.***
