If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: the rule means that when/if you take out a loan from another player than it is your responsibility to pay them back fully and in time with the layout you agreed to with them. Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: The reason i did not pay the loan back in time was because i took out a loan from idkhowtoplay for 20k and it was agreed i would pay him back in a weeks time. Sadly i got grounded two days later for a week, So when the due date for the money came i was unable to log on and pay him back which i had fully intended to do. I got grounded for sassiness , i have missed this server so so so much and i really enjoyed being online and chatting with people as well as saving up for a town of my own one day. I hope i can be unbanned so that i can pay back idkhowtoplay all of the money he has loaned to me and continue to save up for my own town, as well as enjoying the game.
@WYOMINGansleigh Loan Scamming is a rather serious offense because it is literally stealing money and breaking an agreement. This is your very first ban and this loan you owe @idkhowtoplay is rather small. According to the complaint you owe him 30k for a 20k loan, you were originally given a week to pay this off. I am going to reinstate the week to repay your 30k to @idkhowtoplay. This week will start when you are unbanned. I will be issuing a 1 day tempban and I expect a diligent response to paying this off. You are welcome to pay him early, but know he can file a complaint if you do not meet the 30k by the time the week is up. 1 day Tempban Issued, 30,000 ECD due to @idkhowtoplay by December 4th, 2015.
