Because all of Eastgate is water..

Well... i don't think anyone's built a house in my ocean, so...

Holy SHIT, i didnt think it'd be THAT expensive o.o.

I'd like to request it be done in Dirt. That effectively cuts the price in Half, which i have enough money for at the moment. My logic behind that is that if i have it ALL filled with sand, then people will have a terrible time digging, and they'd probably ragequit. I'd still like the dirt on the top layer replaced with Grass.
