World Edit Town Removal

Hello, I know this isn't a regular request but is it possible to worldedit to remove a town? By remove I mean just remove all of the blocks inside the area so we can restart with just a floor as if we just got a new town so that means removing all blocks and lwcs in the area which can be done easily with worldedit. The town has been vacant for about 6-8 months with no one living there after a griefing which a rollback was denied. Because this is a special request which would be great if it could happen I am just going off one of the templates modified to make this a s clear as possible also if needed I shall post individual applications for the lwcs to make it just blocks that need removing. Also if there is a price we are willing to pay.

5. Whos protections are these? (Use /cinfo to find out): there are some lwcs if needed I shall post in lwc removal before this happens

8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? the people with lwcs in the town are not banned and we have tried contacting them

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:after a rollback was denied many months ago after a griefing the town would take a long time to redo and would be easier if it could be world edited
