No, this is only for Town Regenerations. That means your town will be regenerated in its entirety - much like the mining world and nether get regenerated.
So just to confirm, there's no way to regenerate a town with a maximum height of y=4, essentially world-editing down to bedrock? That would be really useful.
I imagine the selection would be the entire column from bedrock to sky, over your entire town. Anything and everything within the confines of your town will be regenerated. "right now" So does that mean WorldEdits will be making a return in the future? :O
You say "For a limited time", is this really only going to be for a "Limited time", or is this going to be permanent?
