I'm not going to give out much detail here, as I do not want builders to know what will be happening currently. And, actually, I don't want most anyone to know, so that thread may or may not be taken away soon. :b Rough idea: Large building, customizable, large rooms, several floors, outdoor roof space, L-shape building + smaller buildings, over 103x40 in size for main I-shape part, minimum of 90k blocks needed, thousands of dollars, large spaces people can buy to make game, entertainment, or home buildings. Huge project. (Donations are obviously welcome. xP) As this town is Resident+ and Pilot+, I will not be hiring Builders unless they show spectacular building examples with proof that it is their work. I'm only looking for a couple workers. If you're hired, you must be actively working and doing a good job if you want any or good pay. Slacking or lack of active work will result in no reward, as you were not trying. Giving great ideas will get you bonuses in pay. Not all ideas will, so don't be thinking that. Pay will highly depend, but will likely range from 1,000-3,000, depending on how much you've done. It could go much higher if you do a lot of work. Or, if you do really amazing work and are very dedicated, it could go up to 10,000 - do remember it costs a lot of materials to make buildings at this scale, though. Gonna bump this up - Need more applications for people who want to help before I choose anyone. Pay will be 1k-10k depending on your work and how much you do. Right now a whole side of the town needs terraforming before anything buildings start.
