Wolfe Architecture Contract #1

General Purpose of Contract:
Payment for building a total of 24 10x10 homes at $5,000 each. Two variants will be constructed, some of each variety, but not necessarily exactly 12 of each, as pictured here:





The houses will come as pictured, EXCEPT:
1. There will NOT be a redstone lamp system. Instead, the buyer (@wolfwoodnyo) will supply the builder (@GuardianWolfe) with the necessary Sea Lanterns and Glowstone blocks to fill the place of where the redstone lamps would be as in the images.
2. There will be grass and flowers around the house on the 20x20 plots where the houses will be built. If the builder so desires, there will be a one block high hedge (leaves) surrounding each plot, at no extra cost.
3. As noted on my company thread (http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/wolfe-architecture-now-in-business.126171/), armor is NOT supplied with the armor stand!

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon contract approval, I, @GuardianWolfe, will build 24 10x10 homes (as described above) for @wolfwoodnyo by the date 08/31/2015

The other user involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@wolfwoodnyo must pay $60,000 within 48 hours of contract approval, and an additional $60,000 at the time of completion of the 24 10x10 homes to be built in the towns of Raku, msuville, castleville, and auruem.
@wolfwoodnyo will ensure that the builder has access to all of the locations on which the houses will be built in order for the builder to be able to complete the build in time, either by tps or access to a portal.
