Minecraft Name: Familyfurst Suggestion: A massive over-haul concerning bans, and doing a blanket unban of people who were banned before "X" date. Maybe keep some people with problematic history over and over banned. Reason: Well, people screw up, and many of them being younger might not exactly know what to say in an appeal. They might look at other appeals, and see the same thing they might say get denied, and think oh well. Pardoning hundreds of bans, and giving them forums messages could increase our player base drastically, and with most appeals, regardless of the offense (In most cases), with a well worded appeal, they get their ban removed. With a lot of the "scam" bans, people will remember them, and probably not loan to them anyways. Cheaters using illegal mods, Mods/Admins could create a player flag just to keep a eye on them periodically, or something. Other Information: It could be quite funny, to create a "Jail" server, or world. In which pvp is always allowed, there is a rather small area to be confined too. Other players could possible join who aren't banned, and spectate, or even be invincible, and also kill the people in "Jail" for breaking the rules. This sounds like a lot of work an maintenance on our end. If a player wants to rejoin the server then they just have to file a ban appeal and have it accepted. If they scammed someone, then they should be held accountable no matter how long ago it's been. Ban appeals create a record for us to rely on, because not every complaint results in a ban and not every ban comes from a complaint.
