wiki command page description mistakes

1. the /lwc flag redstone on/off is the opposite (i think) so on would be that redstone cant open them and off means redstone can open them
2. the /cmodify description is missing the @username part to add people who have total control over the protection ex. /cmodify @kukelekuuk00 would give me complete control over the protection next to the original owner
