Hello, The shout box is generally not used unless the server is down or someone wants to highlight a thread. Generally speaking if a player wants to talk and the server is up they use global. As for the builder issue. Everyone from you to me to Skylexia (minus Andrew) has been a builder. Hating builders is only going to discourage them from becoming a member of ECC. Imagine if Skylexia had been bullied as a builder and never stuck around. I feel builders should be treated with respect because they could be a helpful member of society tomorrow. I recognize that frequently builders are the ones who do a lot of stupid things, but it's because they don't know better. I don't mean to be a pain, but, frankly, I'm more annoyed with long term players who scam. They knows its wrong, they know our system, and they still do it. Basically, what I'm saying is builders have a bad reputation, but that doesn't make them bad, it makes part of the community prejudiced. I hope some day we can be more welcoming to new players.
