Alot of towns are only residents+ because maybe the mayor doesnt trust the builders. I now where they get the idea. The builders may be someone new to the server and he/she might need a home that kind of thing. Once he/she earn some money like enough to buy a cheap plot they need materials to build with right? So maybe they just grief to get materials and maybe to get revenge and I think staff should ALERT all builders about the basic rules like no stealing no griefing no trolling that kind of thing and if they dont pass a test they cant play on the server that would be wat i would do. Celo loves builders.. Sell plot to builder, builder griefs, kick builder, resell plot. And get promoted and no worries about builder type setting. If we had a list of all banned users I guarantee more than half are builders.
yes i do but i see not problem with this i like the gamble i had a kick@$$ builder in my town made him co 2 weeks later he was banned for xray you take the good with the bad and the bad your profit off
The problem with builders is that 40% griefs 50% leaves and only 10% actually stays and becomes a resident.

Well my latest griefs were builders and the resident on the suspect list wasn't involved, the builders were. Get promoted, 15k is not hard

You can't do this to a builder they are mostly new and they need help you can shame all the builders or you can take them in and help them but I think you should give builders a chance we all were builders ALL of us and do you want to live in the wild and be greifed or do you want to not be allowed into towns nope so just treat builder with respect and you can still pawn them in Pvp lol
It's mostly a matter of statistics. Even if everyone had the same probability of griefing it would probably be a builder more often than not just because there are so many more of them than everyone else.
Even res + hasnt been trustworthy lately.. Look at ban appeals and see how many res + has them.. And even complaints on presidents.. Thats low
