want to play tag with me?!? lets play!

REQUIREMENTS:
extcommands (plus version not required)
infinity bow (or a TON of arrows, I will be giving free e repairs)

RULES:

1. don't shoot unless you are it
2. don't use fly/speed
3. don't use tp+ features
4. if someone starts spamming, that is a risk of the game, ignore them.
5. if you start spamming, type /pt, then relog. then reattach the below command:
6. ATTACH THE FOLLOWING COMMAND TO YOUR BOW:
   1. /pt ch qm l {player} IS IT! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! (tagged by YOUR_NAME_HERE)
