I have a town next to mine,the owner of which has not been active since late 2012.I read up on the wiki and saw that players Tycoon or higher in rank can claim a town who's mayor has been offline for 180+ days.I was wondering,can I claim this town,or (As stated on the wiki) the town may only be claimed by someone with Tycoon or greater in rank? P.S. Can a player,mayor in rank, own 2 towns?
You must be tycoon+ to claim towns. You can be co mayor of multiple towns, or be the unofficial owner of the towns, but you cannot own 2 towns fully being mayor
