Before i vote, What do you like doing? Are you a community person or do you like doing stuff on your own? Do you want to make money from your town? Are you staying as a mayor for awhile? But what i mean is, if you had to choose one, Because you cant money make and be a community person, as you need to work hard and not chat to be a good money maker, i know you can have spells where you just interact, but what i mean is you really need to think about what best suits you for your town because you only get 2 with ranks. So you have to think wisely.
I voted other.. Make it a multi-purpose town. You seem to not really know what to do, so why not do 2 things, and then make it 1 if it works for you.
I voted other.. you can be nice to help the folks in your town and make money. Half of town could be town of plots then have other have farm. to get in farm there's a gate and you lock it. People can buy perms like 5k and then you add them to the other half. Problem is most people have a farm for free though...
