What should i choose?

    Should I get the access to go to the nether or should I get mayor? I have trouble deciding because if I get nether access I could make money faster but if I get mayor I could get a town what should I do? :(

    I always had the money to get nether but never did. I would suggest getting mayor and setting up your town and then getting nether access. Hope this helps :)

    I would get Nether, it's relatively cheap, and you can make great money from Quartz.

    Nether if you do have Fly+ / Pyro+
    Mayor if not

    Nether is a really good way to make money (quartz & exp)
    Also nether is a great way to train your Mining level (netherracks)

    Mayor can earn you some cash from plots / perms but as the plot market have gone down the price dropped down to Free-1000ECD (10x10)
    The town itself has a value of 40k+/- so you can make "some" of the cash back and buy Nether

    mayor. 100% mayor. If you plan it well, you can make well over 250k from your town. Nether is hot and burns you.
