Before considering applying for staff in January, I decided I could use some constructive criticism.. What can I do to improve my behavior? Please don't be mean in the comments. This is just for me to improve on. Not to make myself look perfect. Thanks, -Blaze
Don't change yourself and act like a good boy so you can apply for staff. That is the biggest mistake you can make. If anything just chill on language or touchy subjects when you chat.
Ok, but i mean like behaviors that you guys see and don't like maybe trolling for example, I'd obviously not see it until it's too late but I want to just improve my behavior, i don't want all that "Not ready, trolls a lot ingame" stuff on my staff at when/if i apply, I want to be ready and mature when i apply, sadly i'm not ready yet. IMO
Eh.... if i were you, I'd try to be yourself, but not veer into potentially rule-breaking situations. You don't have to be a goody two shoes, but you shouldn't be a rule bender either.

the best thing u could do to urself is focus on having fun on the server instead of getting staff. staff sucks tbh. esp. with the current level of immaturity on the team
Ignore chat, acquire currency. ~I forgot who said this. But, really, just avoid behaviors that break rules. It is really that simple.
All it takes is being nice and mature - the past has proven that you don't need to be helpful to get staff/get promoted, good luck buddy.
Don't be ingenuine like I was for a long time until this year.. Be yourself. If you are ready for staff, being chosen will show it.
I think we get you are not happy with staff but complaining about it every chance you get isn't helping
