1 town near spawn (This town is well worth over 500k) Perms to multiple farms, some of the biggest on the server. I have perms to use a Eff 7. 3 melon swords. And a middle floor spawnshop where I have had offers of over 650k for.

Afraid mine is much over 1mil. Spawnshop ill rate at 650k as thats the highest offer, 3 melon swords is about 900k. Town worth about 400-500k The perms for the eff7 for any time i want id say about 100k Perms to farms (most expensive perms i have is 40k) so 40k Ownership to Officefarms - 60k In total that is; 2.25mil (About), that is not factoring the mass amounts of Eff 5 tools I have, aswell as many coownerships to other plot towns.
Dangit! Well then me and you are in a tie... but then if cash counts.... let me add in this. I currently have 510k ECD. Bumping my money up to about 2.65mil

Hey, hold up here, I like to brag! *shamefacedly brags* Eff7 pick Eff7 axe Eff7 shovel GGBridge (13 towns long, I've spent 2 mil on it labor+land+supplies) 200x200 baseball stadium an empty town next to these two Tycoon+Ecoleader approx 500k balance approx 500 USD in donations bought with EcoDollars EDIT: A few relatively minor additions -5 Eff5 tools, including max shears -underneath the baseball stadium is world editted down to y=1 (a smooth bedrock floor). Cost me about 150k, and is no longer possible to obtain. -approx 100k in blocks stored in chests (waiting to get a new shop).

Okay, okay, step aside.. -Eff7 Pickaxe -Melon Sword -All tools eff5 -The town of Brighton, Ike has offered me $400,000 for it. -The town of Brightonfarms, 200x200x2 pumpkin farm with assorted other farms underneath it (dud) -The town of Chillsville, with 176x16 62 floor pumpkin farm, 176x16 40 floor melon farm, 132x32 40 floor wheat farm, 176x16 63 floor reed farm, 176x16 15 floor netherwart farm, spleef arena, storage area and PvP training area. -The town of Afaya, which I have spent ~$100,000 in materials on so far, not finished. -My spawnshop, which compatibles have been sold for 2.5m, and I have been offered 5m by Joesph whenever he gets the money. -All of the stuff in the spawn shop is worth quite the amount of money. -Around 1.8m or so including the money in my balance along with the money in my spawn shop. -$860 in donations, all bought with ECD.
