Kind of like volunteering, but people take you more seriously and then you can sell your head or book for like 50k.... A lot of work though sometimes.
its volunteering but you do become well known fast....ish only took me 4 months before people stopped asking if I was a new mod
Staff members volunteer. We don't get paid for what we do. With being a staff member, you get features essential to moderating. The best examples are force teleport and LogBlock.
ARE WE ALL FORGETTING THE IMPORTANCE OF A ROCKING COLOR FOR YOUR NAME?? Nah just kiddin, most people thought I looked better blue from what i can tell. True perks of being a moderator: I like doing the job!
The moderators don't do it for perks they do it because it is fun and enjoyable to them. *Most of them I would think*
Mod Perk: Feeling of fulfillment and accomplishment from helping people. Mod Perk: Colorful name that gets you a lot of spammy newbies to message you. Mod Perk: People sucking up to you. Mod Perk: Ability to be a vampire that sparkles in the daylight. Mod Perk: Fancy commands that are fancy but can be obtained by any user with hard work (for the most part). Bonus: "free kukies for $4000." -Kuke I don't like that "helping people" is a perk, though... Anyone should be able to help people. :c
How can we forget being able to not only make ECC's custom SG map but also being able to test it out before anyone else got to!
