Now offering plots, see prices below! A large building with 8 luxurious suites in it has been built! These suites are $600 ECD a month, due at the beginning of each month. Please see below for details. The first and second floors in the apartment building now has vaults and lifts to the vaults. Working on getting the other floors done. Credit for the vaults goes to @jmichael214. I am currently building up my quaint town and I am offering 20 (8x8) apartments for members to live in. These apartments are free to builders, but once that builder ranks up to a resident or higher, they must pay $300 ECD at the beginning of each month to stay. Use of a huge public farm Spoiler 2. Use of 4 public fishing tables Spoiler 3. Use of pinned animals for animal products or use of town shop Spoiler 4. Free use of my features such as: Teleport, Fly, Water/Water+, Pyro/Pyro+, ExtCommands+, ExtCreations+, Investigator, Unlimited LWCs, Etc... 5. The ability to live in a small peaceful town. Rules 1. No griefing! Do NOT build outside your plots or destroy the pre-builts/other people's property. If you grief, you will immediately be evicted! 2. Inactivity results in an eviction. If you are inactive for 14 days straight, an eviction notice will be sent to you by in-game pm and forum pm. You will be given 3 days from the eviction notice to collect your things and move out. If your things are left behind after those 3 days, an LWC will be filled. 3. Failure to pay rent results in an eviction. If you are a resident rank or higher and living in a suite or an apartment, you must pay rent. Rent is due at the beginning or each month. A trade sign will be placed outside your apartment, if rent is not there by the time I go around to collect (on the 2nd of each month), you will be issued an eviction noticed by in-game pm and forum pm. You will have 3 days after the eviction notice is issued to collect your things and vacate the town, after those 3 days an LWC will be filled. 4. Replant/replace! If you take something from town, such as from the public farm, please replace it by replanting. If you do not replant, this is considered griefing. As the first rule states, if you grief, you will be immediately evicted from town. 5. Please let @Ladyvamptress know when things go wrong as soon as they happen so that she can get them fixed right away. 6. Do NOT kill animals inside pins or that have a nametag! Protect your animals by placing them in a fully enclosed structure. If they are left exposed and get killed, this is YOUR fault. If you let the public town animals out and they get killed... again this is YOUR fault and you will need to replace them. Failure to replace animals killed or if a town member is caught breaking into the public pins/other member's pin, they will be immediately evicted! 7. Lock your doors and chests! @Ladyvamptress is NOT responsible for stolen items, especially if you leave your items unlocked. 8. Be careful digging down! Most of my town is built over water. If you dig down you will hit water. 9. My house is off limits, unless you would like to visit me. 10. Do NOT remove anything other than the carpet from the pre-built apartments. This will be considered griefing and as the first rule states, if you grief, you will be immediately evicted! 11. Going into other member's vaults is prohibited! If you are caught in another's vault, you will be evicted immediately! 12. There is a Twelve (12) block limit on builds. You can build what you want, using any materials you want, but it can NOT exceed 12 blocks up or 12 blocks down. This does NOT include the roof of the structure. 13. Do NOT build on or remove the plot markers around your plot. I don't mind a fence or some leaves running on it to make your plot look more pleasing, but that's it. ~*UPDATED*~ To include a new suite complex. I'm so loved! A couple good friends of mine showed their love by building me very special items in my town.
