    Welcome To The Official Town Thread Of Welch!​

    The town of Welch has recently opened and its popularity is growing already!​

    Town Rules:​
    1. No Griefing​
    2. The owners have final say​
    3. If you are Inactive for 7 days+ you get kicked, unless an owner is told​
    4. Keep all Buildings inside your plot boundaries​
    5. There is no Digging Down (Due to Farm)​
    6. Builds must be 'Nice' and not random blocks thrown together​
    7. No Dirt Houses!​
    8. Follow All Server Rules!​

    10 by 10 = $800​
    20 by 20 = $1500​
    30 by 30 = $2500 ​
    Note: Other Sizes can be negotiated in-game. Contact one of the owners.​
