    Public Staff Feedback After Delay
    What are you suggesting:
    Make most staff feedback available as an archived thread to regular forum users after 3-6 months.
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    Many users complain that staff have various structural issues, but such complaints inevitably degenerate into non-falsifiable assertions about responses to staff feedback and complaints. Instead of making every such complaint private, the response to the complaints is an easy way to demonstrate that the staff team is always open to individual suggestions for reform and improvement.
    Another advantage is the inherent value provided from transparency of the staff team, as users will be better informed about the workings of the server’s mods, while being able to submit further ideas for improvement on the forums.
    Yet another advantage is the propaganda value: By releasing only feedback that reflects positively on the staff team, SA will reduce player discontent with staff.
    Further, a total publication might not be necessary, and there are several options that could mitigate concerns while still allowing disclosure. These include
    Making disclosure operate on an “opt-out” system, where a user can choose to keep feedback private on the form.
    Only making public feedback on non-current staff.
    Not publishing feedback that makes specific allegations against individual staff.
    Not publishing feedbacks that would reveal clearly damaging into to the server (like a dupe).
    Not publishing feedback that is clearly the product of trolling/staff feedback written with eventual publication in mind

    Finally, the delay component serves the obvious purpose of making sure that any “drama” is long passed upon publication.
    Other information:
    It may be possible to partially integrate this into the staff transparency reports.

    Not going to happen.
    I see no reason to publicize staff feedback form reports/responses, no matter how much time has passed.
