Denied [Website & Forums Suggestion] More details about spawners in the Wiki

Perhaps a warning stating that you need to make sure you place your spawner somewhere that will work (and to perhaps check that mob's MC wiki page) but otherwise I don't like the idea of keeping a section of the wiki that both needs constant updates and is made redundant by the MC wiki.

ALL THAT BEING SAID...

Slimes have some really bullshit spawning requirements that are pretty hard to work with in mining. It's pretty much a 1 in 16 chance of finding a chunk it will work in - which you can normally tell based on slime spawns. But with spawning reduced and this a paid feature and them being immovable, well... might not be best to keep them the crate.

 

Yeah I thought it was fairly well known that slime spawners either need a slime chunk or the other crazy requirements that Nicit mentioned, as I've seen this problem on other servers as well to the point where they sell our equivalent of star items to find said slime chunk on the map.

Probably removing slime spawners are the best option OR just consider it as useless as bats and reroll it... I had been confused lately when some were touting slime spawners as profitable.

I won't be getting demanding my wiki team specifically write up information that is easily available on the internet. Simply not possible as our focus is in many other sections of EcoCityCraft.

You're welcome to contribute and submit a wiki page regarding this to our team however.
