Include information on using //pos1 and //pos2 in the wiki for town control+​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Not too many people know it's possible to use //pos to manually enter coordinates for plots and It's a useful alternative to using //wand. I also tend to forget the command since it's not listed anywhere.​
